The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Robotics Innovation Base was unveiled at the Macao-Hengqin Youth Entrepreneurship Valley (Inno Valley HQ) on Nov 16. 

Certified by the Asian Robotics League and led by Hengqin Vesity Robot Technology Co Ltd, the newly established base will be a scientific-technical exchange venue for teenagers. Covered are: popularization of science, parent-child education, interactive experiences, and special training.

Under the guidance of the Asian Robotics League, the base will integrate innovation resources in production, education, and research. Furthermore, it will build a win-win operation mechanism, according to Xu Mu, general manager of Hengqin Financial Investment Entrepreneurship Valley Incubator Management Co Ltd.

In the meantime, it will also promote communication and interaction and boost the commercialization of technological achievements in robot and intelligent manufacturing in the targeted areas, he noted.

Moreover, services will be given priority at the base. For example, value-added services will be offered to robotics entrepreneurs relying on rather full incubation systems and resources in the valley. In addition, exhibitions, forums, and competitions will be hosted to build brand and increase popularity and reputation, he said.

Asian Robotics League President Liang Zhongming said the organization will strongly support the base’s educational robots and technological innovation. It will organize more robotics matches and forums to promote its development and attract talents in educational robotics to Zhuhai.
