To get to Chek Lap Kok (Hong Kong) International Airport from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Zhuhai Port allow at least two hours. The cross-sea ride and customs clearance at the Zhuhai and Hong Kong ports will take about an hour in total.

Go to Zhuhai Port Passenger Clearance Hall on the third floor of the Clearance Building between 8 am and 10 pm following instructions on signposts, or go to the Car Appliance Crew Inspection Hall between 10 pm and 8 the next morning.

Twenty e-channels are available for self-service clearance at a speed up to 8 seconds per person. 

Self-service channels

After customs clearance procedures, take an elevator to the first floor and purchase a shuttle bus ticket, priced at 58 yuan ($8.40) per adult for daytime between 6 am and midnight, or 63 yuan ($9.13) otherwise, at the Ticket Hall counter. A return ticket can be bought in advance if the date is selected. The choices are single-deck, double-deck, or deluxe buses.

Cross-boundary shuttle bus

After a 40 minute-ride, enter the HZMB Hong Kong Port Passenger Clearance Building for immigration inspection. Those with e-Passports can use the self-service channel, while others use the staffed channel, both should fill out an arrival card.

After walking out of the Clearance Hall, take a taxi or go directly to Franchised Bus 4 Station (available 24 hours) to get to Chek Lap Kok International Airport. Bus fare is 6 $HK (77 cents), which can be paid with an Octopus Card or cash (change will not be given). Frequency of bus service is every 5 minutes at peak hours and every 10-to-15 minutes off peak. However, the bus departs every 15-30 minutes from midnight to 6 am.

Take the bus to the last depot -- Passenger Clearance Building of HZMB Hong Kong Port -- in about five minutes. Getting off the bus and go for some 20 meters to a gate for elevator to the second floor of the airport terminal for clearance procedures. Upon completion, take an escalator downstairs to the departure lounge.
