Swimming at Haibin Beach (City Parlor) in Jida is forbidden until the end of next April by which time temperatures and sea conditions will once again be favorable.

Although the swimming area is closed and washrooms and locker services unavailable, lifeguards remain present around the clock.

Xiangzhou Zhengfang Public Resources Operation, the managing company, is taking advantage of the closure to clean the beach and fill in sand depressions.

In addition, it is adding a sea observatory with 360-degree view, water park for children, and facilities for newlyweds and couples. Landscaping and outdoor support items are also being upgraded and are expected to be open to the public by the end of this year.
