Zhuhai Aviation Industrial Park enterprises have so far clinched 10 trade deals worth 120 million yuan ($17.3 million) and five strategic cooperation agreements at the 12th China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition.

A signing ceremony was held in Jinwan District, where both the park is located and the air show is being held, on Nov 7.

The strategic partnerships focus on R&D of industrial-grade unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) while other contracts concern helicopter purchases, UAV development, and more.

The projects also involve construction of a UAV test flight field and service, UAV R&D, aviation equipment support, education, and aircraft marketing. The developments will help to form and develop the entire industry chain, says a spokesperson of the park administrative committee.
