Roaring engines, "hellaflush" car shows, and auto sci-tech cultural industry investment forums dominated the Nov 30-Dec 2 Zhuhai International Automobile Carnival & 3rd Super SAC at Zhuhai Airshow Center.

A whirlwind of speed was delivered by the Guangdong Cross-Country Car Club Grand Prix & Women's Cross-Country Challenge, 0-400 Drag Racing, Formula Student Electric China (FSEC), and Formula Student Autonomous China (FSAC).

Elite Party put 300 "hellaflush" vehicles on display while hundreds challenged Guinness World Records for the longest Mercedes-Benz fleet parade.

Opening ceremony

To supplement the biennial China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition, the Zhuhai Airshow Center added the Fast4ward linear speed cultural festival, FSEC, and 1st Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Cross-country Challenge in 2017.

The facility, with the largest outdoor exhibition area in China, has a 240,000-sq-m (59-acre) auto dynamic square, 1,102-m (.68-mile) asphalt linear road for speed detection, and 70,000-sq-m (17-acre) cross-country experience area. It is becoming the largest and best-equipped auto test center and event venue in South China.
