Cycling enthusiasts in Zhuhai will bike around Jinwan District's most beautiful spots from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm on Monday, Dec 31, vying for awards to those who complete tasks within a specified time.

Participants

Up to 60 teams from administrative organizations, enterprises, social groups, or individuals are allowed. Each should consist of four to six members aged between 18 and 60, with at least one woman. There are no requirements regarding nationality or place of residence.

Activity

Teams will gather at 8:30-9 am on Dec 31 at Meiman International Motor Town 美满国际汽车城 (#6698 Zhuhai Avenue) and set off at 9 am following a prescribed route while fulfilling designated tasks. Participants need to return to the starting point between 2 and 2:30 pm to be eligible for lucky draw rewards. Those who finish too early or late will not be eligible.

Tasks

Scenery along the route should be captured in four photos. During the trip, each team should do at least one thing that helps the environment or community, which should be photographed for evidence and submitted to the designated WeChat group.

Checkpoints include Huatian Water Village, Sanzao Damenkou Wetland Park, Mutouchong Reservoir, Jinwan District Comprehensive Emergency Command Center, and Zhuhai LTWOO Controller Technology.

Rewards

Bicycle speed changers provided by LTWOO, bike helmets by Zhuhai Cylum Sports Co, electric cookers by Meiman International Motor Town, Huatian Water Village entrance tickets, etc. There will also be games after the cycling event.

Add Mr Chen (ID: 18025082192), who is in charge, to your WeChat and send him the application form and application fee of 30 yuan ($4.30) per person between Dec 13 and 16. (The fee includes the cost of uniforms and insurance.)

Regulations and requests

Participants must be in good health with no evidence of cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases. Inspections should be done to ensure participants' bicycles are in good condition. Uniforms, helmets and gloves must be worn. Violations of transportation regulations, including running red lights, will result in immediate disqualification.
