Ferries from Jiuzhou Port (九州港Jiǔzhōu Gǎng) to Hong Kong International Airport (香港机场Xiānggǎng Jichǎng or Chek Lap Kok) will leave 50 minutes earlier at 8:40 instead of 9:30 am and depart the airport's Skypier Ferry Terminal at 9 rather than 8:10 pm.

Zhuhai Jiuzhou Port Passenger Transport Service said that changes that become effective April 10 should allow enough time for boarding flights on popular routes. It also gives incoming international passengers more time to catch a ferry rather than being stranded in Hong Kong overnight due to a delayed flight or having to taxi to Hong Kong Island for a ferry to Macao and then reach Zhuhai via the Hengqin border.

The changes are based on takeoff and landing times of heavily trafficked air routes at Hong Kong International Airport. Time also has been added to the mid-afternoon schedule.
