Enjoy Haibin Beach, but no splashing until it warms up
Swimming at Haibin Beach (City Parlor) in Jida is forbidden from Oct 26 until next April, when it will be allowed again during temperatures and sea conditions that are more favorable. The public will be notified of the specific re-opening date.
The beach area remains open to the public. However, shower rooms are closed and beach chairs are not available during the colder season.
