The Zhuhai Sports Center, Library, and Cultural Center have reopened to the public under strict anti-epidemic measures in order to protect staff and visitors, according to the Zhuhai Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism & Sports Bureau.

Visitors are required to carry valid identity documents, take preventative measures, cooperate at body-temperature checks, and present a Guangdong Health QR Code. Those not wearing a mask or with a temperature above 37.3 degrees Celsius (99.14F) or suspicious respiratory symptoms will be forbidden entry. Also barred are those who, over the past 14 days, had been in regions with a grave pandemic situation or who contacted people from these regions. Minors under age 12 should be accompanied by guardians.

Zhuhai Sports Center

The facilities, unless otherwise specified, are open on a first-come basis with no reservation needed.

Opened areas:

Square

Open 8-9:30 am, 3:30-5 pm, and 7:30-9 pm daily

Daily and single-group visitor volume will be capped at 60 percent of normal value.

Tracks in the open-air main stadium

Open 8-9:30 am and 3:30-5 pm daily

The number of visitors is capped at 20 for each opening period.

Tracks in the open-air auxiliary stadium

Open 8-9:30 am, 3:30-5 pm, and 7:30-9 pm daily

The number of visitors is capped at 80 for each opening period.

Open-air table tennis courts

Open 8-9:30 am, 3:30-5 pm, and 7:30-9 pm daily

The number of visitors is capped at 20 for each opening period.

Open-air basketball courts

Open 8-9:30 am and 3:30-5 pm daily

The number of visitors is capped at six for each opening period.

Badminton courts

Open 9 am-noon (free), 4-10 pm (charged) daily

The number of visitors is capped at 26 for each hour.

Singles games only, which means one ticket allows the entry of two people.

Free service: log in WeChat account: gh_c4c11407f4ff, click "Limited opening" (有限开放), select "Badminton" (羽毛球), select the time period and site you want to reserve and click "Reservation" (预约).

Charged service (telephone reservations are not accepted for now): log in WeChat account: gh_c4c11407f4ff, click "Buy tickets and book sites" (购票订场), select "Badminton" (羽毛球), select the time period and site you want to reserve, confirm your reservation, pay at front desk via membership card, WeChat, or bank card.

Note:

Those refusing body temperature measurement or with a temperature of or above 37.3 degrees Celsius will, if necessary, be sent to a designated area for medical observation. The situation may be relayed to medical institutions and the Meihua Police Station.

Keep more than 2 m (7 ft) from each other; avoid gatherings; don't share fitness equipment.

Leave on time so that staff can disinfect the venue.

Open 9 am-noon and 2-5 pm every Tuesday to Sunday 

Opened areas:

Lending Hall for Chinese Books of the library at 3061 North Yingbin Road in New Xiangzhou

Leading rooms for children and adult books of the Children's Branch at 1157 South Fenghuang Road in Old Xiangzhou

Services:

Only borrow and return services are available for now.

Books can be returned at the self-service machines in the first-floor lobby.

Drop-offs can be made before April 30 without credit deduction for being overdue.

Apply for a reader's card on self-service machines, while the service for card (deposit) refund is suspended.

Public areas of the library offer rinse-free hand sanitizer and the facilities are ventilated and disinfected thoroughly.

Note:

Cardholders should reserve at WeChat account zhslib one day in advance and show the check-in code at entrance.

Visitor volume is capped at 200 for each half day, and the number of in-house guests may not exceed 100, while that of the Children's Branch is capped at 50 for each half day, and the number in-house may not exceed 30.

Stays should be minimized to avoid crowds.

Zhuhai Cultural Center

Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Room, Atrium Cultural Square, Outdoor Exhibition Corridor, and Public Reading Area (Lanpu Readzone Bookstore)

Note:

Visitor volume is capped at 30 for each half day. The number in the Public Reading Area and Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Room should not exceed 12 and five respectively.

Keep more than 1.5 m (4.9 ft) from each other at Atrium Cultural Square and Outdoor Exhibition Corridor.
