The 13th China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition (Airshow China) will provide 5G-empowered services to 500 renowned aerospace enterprises that have collectively booked 100,000 sq m (25 acres) for indoor exhibition. 

China Telecom will offer innovative 5G applications of high-definition video, artificial intelligence (AI) vision, virtual reality interaction, and "smart" apps at the exhibition. These are all based on 5G+cloud network integration, big data, the Internet of Things, and AI according to Sheng Wanzhong, general manager of the Zhuhai Branch.

The arrangement was confirmed June 9 at a signing ceremony between Zhuhai Airshow, Mexico Aerospace Fair, Nam Kwong International Conference & Exhibition, TE Connectivity, and China Telecom Zhuhai Branch.

Mexico is participating in Airshow China for the first time as a national delegation organized by Mexico Aerospace Fair, ProMexico, the Mexican Secretariat of National Defense, and Mexican Federation of Aerospace Industries.

Deepened relationships between Mexico Aerospace Fair and Zhuhai Airshow was seeded at the 11th Airshow China in 2016. It demonstrates the strong role of Airshow China in promoting global economic and trade exchanges and cooperation, and the confidence of Mexico in the Chinese aviation market.

At the Zhuhai Airshow Center in Jinwan District from Nov 10 to 15, Swiss-headquartered TE Connectivity, which has taken part in Airshow China five times since 2008, is to showcase its latest aviation connectors, relays, and sensors.

From Macao, Nam Kwong International Conference & Exhibition, a reputed operator of international exhibitions, forums, and conventions, will cooperate with Zhuhai Airshow for the first time in recruiting exhibitors and organizing professional visitors, conferences, forums, and other activities.
