Bullet train D7131/2 between Zhuhai and Guangzhou South extended runs to Foshan West Railway Station today, two days after a new schedule of China Railway Guangzhou Group came into effect.

D7132 leaves Zhuhai at 8:22 am and arrives at Foshan West at 10:45 am, while D7131 departs Foshan West at 1:24 pm and reaches Zhuhai at 2:46 pm.

There are now four trains from Foshan West to Zhuhai on Mondays, Fridays, and weekends, and six trains from Zhuhai to Foshan West every Monday, Tuesday, and weekend.

Moreover, G6107/8 between Changsha South and Zhuhai is scheduled to open this weekend, according to the new schedule. The official opening date, however, is subject to information pending on ticket booking website www.12306.cn. 

Foshan City is in the mid-south of Guangdong Province with Guangzhou in the east and Zhongshan to the south. Foshan West Railway Station in Shishan Town, Nanhai District, is also close to Sanshui District and about 18 km (11 miles) from the city central district Chancheng. Passengers can access famous attractions such as Foshan Ancestral Temple, Qinghui Garden, and Ancient Nanfeng Kiln.

Tourists to Changsha, capital of Hunan Province, can visit scenic Orange Isle, Yuelu Mt and Academy, and Window of the World, while sampling stinky tofu, spicy crawfish, and tasty rice noodles.
