A new sightseeing ferry route between Xiangzhou District and Dong'ao Island began runs July 31 with captivating views of the Wanshan Archipelago, Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB), and Macao cityscape from the sea.

The liner Xun Xian 6 departs Jiuzhou Port Ferry Terminal in Jida at 9:40 am daily and returns from Dong'ao Bay at 3 each afternoon.

During the two-hour excursion en route to the island, passengers get a panoramic view of the HZMB with its special islands and sail-shaped steel towers on the Jiuzhou Channel Overpass. Macao's bustling cityscape is in the background along with picturesque Jiuzhou, Sanjiao, Huangmao, Dong'ao, Baili, Big Wanshan, Small Wanshan, and Guishan islands, and Jiuzhou Bay.

In addition, magic shows, guzheng (Chinese zither) performances, and choral works are presented on board.

The first 30 Zhuhai residents to purchase tickets for each sailing get a 65 percent discount during the promotional period through Aug 14, with ticket prices as low as 99 yuan ($14).
