The first sightseeing bus route along scenic spots on Lovers Avenue will be running Yinlong new-energy double-deckers in time for the National Day holiday.

The 52-km (32-mile) express line, "Lovers Avenue – Impression of Zhuhai," goes from the Gongbei Checkpoint and Old Xiangzhou's Haihong bus terminals. En route are Gongbei Pedestrian Street (Lianhua Lu), Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Zhuhai Port, Jiuzhou Bay, Love Post Office at Haibin Beach, Fisher Maiden, Xianglu Bay, City Balcony, Zhuhai Opera House on Yeli Island, Xiangzhou Bay, and Sea & Sky (Haitian) Park.

Yinlong new-energy buses will depart with an on-board guide every 30 minutes from 9 am to 9 pm. The number of buses and frequency may be adjusted to meet passenger flow. Zhuhai Yinlong Energy, which also has plants throughout China, is headquartered at Qingwan Industrial Park, Sanzao in Jinwan District.

The bus themes are: Underwater World, Great Rivers & Mountains, Island Scenery, Family Amusement Park Tours, Cartoon Gallery, and Romantic, and allow for virtual reality multilingual introductions via wireless headsets at each stop.

In addition to panoramic sunroofs, the buses are equipped with 5G Wi-Fi, self-service drink vending machines, and portable chargers. Souvenirs and specialties will be displayed and purchases can be ordered at an online shopping mall.

More sightseeing routes will open in the future.
