Haibin Beach (City Parlor) in Jida has a new swimming pool and rest station for sailboat events and sightseeing in its fourth phase of transformation and upgrade.

The swimming pool renovation and sailing dock project cover 12.06 hectares (30 acres) east of Central Lovers Avenue and north of Jiuzhou Helipad. A public notice on the detailed regulatory plan of the project was recently released by the Zhuhai Natural Resources Bureau. It also states that the use of sea area will increase significantly.

Furthermore, a proposed square will be expanded into a 30,000-sqm (7-acre) sportsground. Also planned is an entertainment and healthcare section comprising an urban square, toilet, garbage station, recycling site for renewable resources, and public parking lot.

Across Central Lovers Avenue, construction of a Tourist Service Center adjacent to Zhuhai Dehan Hotel will be completed next month. The facility will integrate tourist distribution and consultation, business, and leisure functions while providing parking stalls.

Additionally, construction of a 45-m (49-yd) pedestrian underpass began in April west of Central Lovers Avenue, north of Dehan Hotel, and near Love Post Office. By Jan 30 the underpass will run beneath Central Lovers Avenue to the B1 floor of the Tourist Service Center. The east entrance will have stairways and escalators leading to Haibin Beach.
