Latest entry policy in Guangdong Province

1. Entries from Baiyun Airport and Shenzhen Bay will be transferred to eight cities:

To ease Guangzhou and Shenzhen's pressure of inbound arrivals and quarantine, inbound passengers entering from Baiyun Airport and Shenzhen Bay will be diverted into eight cities.

Inbound arrivals entering from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport will be distributed to Foshan, Qingyuan, Jiangmen and Zhaoqing, while those from Shenzhen Bay Port will be distributed to Dongguan, Huizhou, Shanwei and Zhongshan.

2. Entry from airport:

Having boarded with a nucleic acid & IgM anti-body tests and followed the "14+7" policy upon arrivals all passengers must have four nucleic acid tests within 21 days.

3. Entry from Hong Kong:

Shenzhen Bay Port has a daily entry limit of 2,000 people and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge has a limit of 240 people per day. All travelers must show required negative nucleic acid testing results from within the preceding 24 hours.

4. Entry from Macao:

All entries require negative nucleic acid testing results from within the preceding seven days.

Starting from November, 2020, Guangzhou and Shenzhen airports have suspended adding inbound flights, and have also tightened inbound charter flights and fast lanes. A total of 60 flights have been halted.

Currently, there are 62 inbound flights per week, 53 into Guangzhou and nine into Shenzhen. The average number of inbound passengers per day remains at around 1,800.
