Restrictions eased except for flying to Beijing and Xi'an

Only air travelers bound from Zhuhai to Beijing or Xi'an are now required to produce a negative nucleic acid test result taken within 48 hours.

Zhuhai (Jinwan) Airport says, however, that all booked passengers still must present an ID card, green Guangdong health code, wear a facial mask properly, and have temperature taken upon entering the Departure Hall.

Those destined for Beijing need to additionally present a green Beijing health code and cooperate with travel history scrutiny at the security check/departure gate. Those who have been to medium- and high-risk areas during the past two weeks are forbidden from traveling to Beijing at this time.

Passengers heading to Xi'an in Northwest China's Shaanxi Province are also required to present negative nucleic acid test result taken within 48 hours at the security check/departure gate.

Interprovincial routes at Xiangzhou, Gongbei Tongda, Doumen, and Nanxi coach stations resumed operations Aug 25. Bus information is provided at WeChat account ZHXH_CT or hotline 0756-2116222.
