Traffic will be controlled at designated areas and on certain roads during the China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition (Airshow China), the Zhuhai Public Security Bureau Traffic Police Detachment announced Sept 22.

Vehicles with seven or fewer seats and odd-numbered license plates are banned from Zhuhai Avenue's Nanping Interchange-Jitimen Grand Bridge section from 6 am to 8 pm Sept 28, Sept 30, and Oct 2. Those with even-numbered license plates are banned from 6 am to 8 pm Sept 29, Oct 1, and Oct 3.

Private vehicles are not allowed to enter East Airport Road (Jinwan and East Jinhai roads) from 6 am to 8 pm during the event.

The Zhuhai link line of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, Honghe Bridge, and Hezhou-Gaolan Port Expressway are not open to private vehicles without travel permits from 6 am to 8 pm during the Sept 28-30 Professional Days. These roads will help divert traffic from Zhuhai Avenue during the Oct 1-3 Public Days.

In the meantime, the rightmost driving lanes on Jiuzhou Avenue, Zhuhai Avenue's Qianshan-Jinwan interchanges section, and South Yingbin and West Renmin roads as well as the auxiliary lane on Zhuhai Avenue's Qianshan Interchange-Zhuhai Bridge East section are exclusively for police cars, vehicles with travel permits, public transport vehicles, cruising taxies, and emergency vehicles from 6 am to 8 pm during the Oct 1-3 Public Days. Drivers violating traffic rules will be fined and have driving points deducted .

Visitors are encouraged to use express lines, and chartered and shuttle buses, and must comply with epidemic prevention and control measures.
