A vast stretch of galsang flowers at Pingsha Rice Plantation (Demonstrative) Base in Jinwan's Pingsha Town is now in full blossom through the end of February. Covering 146-mu (24-acre), it attracted hordes of visitors during the week-long Spring Festival holiday which ran from Jan 31 to Feb 6.

In Tibetan, "Galsang" means good times, and the galsang flower is also called the flower of happiness.  Phrases such as "我爱平沙2022" (I love Pingsha 2022) are formed by the colorful flowers, bringing a serene and happy atmosphere to the tourists.

The base is open from 9 am to 5 pm daily. To get there, navigate to "平沙水稻种植（示范）基地" (Pingsha Rice Plantation (Demonstrative) Base), or "平沙镇前锋三队" (qián fēng sān duì, Team 3, Qianfeng, Pingsha Town). Or take buses Z140 or Z141 to "前锋路口" (Qianfeng Intersection).
