The one-day Hengqin-section of the "Bridges" Discovery Tour organized by GDToday kicked off on Aug 23, inviting foreign content creators to get a close look at the industrial internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and artificial intelligence voice technology in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin.

The TCM Science & Technology Industrial Park of Cooperation Between Guangdong and Macao has now formulated a complete industrial chain featuring public service platforms, sci-tech R&D and innovation clusters, as well as incubator platforms. It has now helped nine products get registered in Mozambique and seven products get registered to enter the Brazilian market.

Jeremy Grey, a freelance writer from Australia, noted that cooperation between Hengqin and Portuguese-speaking countries impressed him greatly. He added that Guangdong-Macao cooperation should not only focus on the integration of technology and culture, but also on systematic integration in history, society, law, as well as finance. 

Martina Gdovinova, a vlogger from Slovakia known as PopMatta, spoke highly of TCM's curative effects on several chronic diseases. She once tried cupping therapy to treat chronic headaches and believed that more and more people around the world will fall in love with TCM therapies. 

At Pachira Times (Zhuhai Hengqin) Information Technology, the delegation used different languages, such as English, Portuguese and even the Sichuan dialect, to interact with the enterprise's multilingual AI voice platform, learning more about the latest AI development outcomes. 

Anastasia Macjuka, a lifestyle blogger from Latvia, said that it was her first visit to Hengqin and that Hengqin Rowing Park reminded her of her hometown in Europe. She praised Hengqin as "a good place to enjoy life."
