In order to safeguard the public health and strengthen the COVID-19 prevention and control in line with the epidemic situation, we hereby notify as follows:

I. A 24-hour negative PCR result or a sampling proof is required for any admission to beauty salons, massage and spa centres, chess clubs, mahjong parlours, cybercafes, bars, KTV, fitness clubs, amusement arcades, escape rooms and role-play studios.

II. A 48-hour negative PCR result or sampling proof is required for any admission to theatres, cinemas, gymnasiums, swimming pools, hair salons, indoor venues of tourist attractions and other indoor places.

III. Personnels working in key businesses and at key premises shall obey the existing measures on regular PCR testing.

IV. The control at entrance and exit, the temperature measurement, the venue code, health code and travel code verifications, and the correct mask wearing shall be strictly implemented in all types of public places, communities, factories and enterprises in the city.

The above measures will take effect from 00:00, Sept. 3, 2022, and are subject to adjustments in light of the pandemic situation. All entities and individuals shall comply with the measures, and those who violate and result in any epidemic spread will be held legally accountable.
