Zhuhai has been attaching great importance to introducing and managing services for overseas high-caliber talents in recent years, and strives to create an innovative and entrepreneurial environment for international talents. 

A delegation of 20 foreign expats from Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Pakistan joined an on-site tour recently organized by the Zhuhai Science & Technology Innovation Bureau, visited the Zhuhai Museum and Sea & Sky (Haitian) Park, and participated in an interactive seminar. 

The Zhuhai Science & Technology Innovation Bureau has released pertinent preferential policies to extend the limitations on the ages, degrees, and employment experience of overseas sci-tech innovation talents, increased support for introducing overseas sci-tech innovation talents to employers, and optimized talent public services this year. 

Currently, Zhuhai is home to around 1,500 foreign expats, with more than 500 being professionals from other countries. The Zhuhai Science & Technology Innovation and Public Security bureaus jointly established a special service zone in the Gongshang Building in New Xiangzhou where foreign professionals and employers may now apply for foreigners' work and residence permits in China.
