Recently, Zhuhai has seen new infections caused by inbound travelers entering public places before their on-arrival PCR test results are issued. In order to cope with local COVID-19 outbreaks in a more science-based, targeted, and effective manner, minimize the risk of COVID-19 transmission, and protect people's health and safety, the on-arrival PCR test measures in Zhuhai will be strengthened. The details are as follows:

1. Individuals coming (returning) to Zhuhai shall take a PCR test upon arrival at the coach terminals, intercity railway stations, airports, ports, and Zhuhai intercity transportation checkpoints.

2. The above-mentioned individuals shall refrain from going out, gathering, having group meals, or entering public places before their PCR test results are released. Starting from the second day after their on-arrival test, they shall take another three PCR tests within three days. During this period, they shall wear masks properly when going out. Those who have visited any counties (county-level cities or districts) where high-risk areas are located within the past 7 days shall implement differentiated health management measures upon their arrival.

The measures above shall be implemented from the date of issue and will be adjusted dynamically according to changes in the COVID-19 situation. All entities and individuals must strictly abide by the above epidemic prevention measures. Those who violate relevant regulations will be held legally responsible if their actions have led to the further spread of COVID-19.
