Jinshuitai Noodle Restaurant was founded in 1926 in Yousi Alley, Wannianqiao Street. It provides all kinds of Suzhou-style noodles, such as Braised meat noodles, fried-fish noodles, braised pig knuckle noodles and chicken noodles. The noodle soup is stewed with bones and fresh ricefield eel.
