ChaTai Club is a high-end membership warehouse store. It is situated in the north end of Tayuan Road in Suzhou New District, alongside the Beijing-Hangzhou Great Canal and the North-loop overhead. It covers an area of 16,000 sq m, and its parking lot can accommodate more than 1,600 cars.
The store has a membership system. Individual and groups pay an annual membership fee of 150 yuan ($23.77). Most are middle and high-end customers; the membership system guarantees the income levels of members.
