Phase I of Suzhou financial town

Phase I of the financial town project is already in operation. Located on Huatuo Road, it covers an area of 47.6 mu (3.17 hectares). The town built 45 single high-end financial office villas and an equipped financial service complex in its 40,000 square meter building area.

All the agencies located in the financial town must pass a series of evaluations. Currently, 300 registered agencies are situated in the phase I of the financial town, with a management capital of about 60 billion yuan ($ 9.51 billion).

Phase II of Suzhou financial town

Phase II of Suzhou financial town will become the hallmark of Suzhou’s Jiangsu key projects this year. The financial cultural exhibition hall is currently being built, and construction of the meeting center will start in the first half of next year.
