Suzhou International Technology and Talent Park was established on June 28, 2019. It was the second national-level international human resources industrial park to be officially approved by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs after Hangzhou.

The park has been working with the world's top three human resources service organizations as Dectech, Randstad and Manpower, and reached extensive cooperation with the Jiangsu Talent Association and Shanghai Talent Service Industry Association.

The industrial park adheres to the tenet of "serving Suzhou, benefiting the Yangtze River Delta and facing the whole country" and positions itself strategically in "product agglomeration, brand distribution, business incubation and vocational training". It attracts social capital through government-led efforts and is striving to build a national first-class human resource service industry base.
