Suzhou New District (SND) officially opened a new service center for local enterprises on Jan 15 in an effort to further improve its business environment and public services.
The center is an upgrade of the original service center for small and medium-sized enterprises and a supplement to SND's administrative service center. It will strive to meet the needs of local companies.
The center is capable of offering 223 kinds of services involving eight different government departments, including policy advice, project applications, investment and financing, talent training, management advice, technological innovation, market information, and brand building.
During its three-month pilot period, the center has helped local companies carry out 60 promotional events and apply for 1,099 projects. It has also registered 6,000 companies on its cloud service platform.
The service center for high-end talent was established at the center that same day.
