The newly-completed Longshan Mountain Sports Park is located to the east of Suzhou New District's cultural and sports center and covers an area of 35,000 square meters. It is surrounded by tranquil forests and mountains.
The park aims to meet the diversified exercise and recreational needs of local residents by providing several cage basketball courts, a recreational area for parents and toddlers, a fitness area for teenagers, a waterside cycling path, a 1.6-kilometer pathway through a bamboo forest, and a roofed football court with views of Longshan Mountain.
It has also preserved some old buildings of an ancient brick kiln.
The park is open every day from 7am to 9pm.
