How to apply for a card
The public bicycle card application procedure is the same as that in Suzhou downtown and Suzhou Industrial Park, and the bicycles can be borrowed or returned in any one of the three districts, not just in their original district. People who have the card of Suzhou downtown or Suzhou Industrial Park can also use it in Suzhou New District.
There are four card handling sites in Suzhou New District. People between 16 and 65 years of age can apply for the card with their own Identity Card or residence card. Applicants are required pay 200 yuan ($31.59) as a cash pledge and 100 yuan for future consumption.
If a company or institute applies for more than 10 cards, card-holding staff can be provided with door to door service directly to the company, and, with the company’s recommendation letter, need only pay 100 yuan for a pledge and 100 yuan for pre-paid for consumption.

1. Yongxin Dasha
Add: the hall of Yongxin Dasha, No 107, Dengwei Road (west of Tayuan Road)
Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
2. Fengjin Garden
Add: the parking lot of Fengjin Garden, Fengjin Street, Changjiang Road
Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday, national holidays are off
3. Yushan Road
Add: East of Tesco Super market, Yushan Road (150 meters east to Tayuan Road)
Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday, national holidays are off)
4. Science and Technology City of Suzhou New District
Add: No 5 hall, Science and Technology City of Suzhou New District, No 3, Peiyuan Road
Hours: 11:00 am-1:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
