Fresh Hema is a new retail mode by Alibaba. It integrates a supermarket, restaurant and food market. Customers can go shopping in the mart or make online purchase through the app. After the purchase, the distributor will send the goods to the buyer in 30 minutes if the mart is within 3 km.
Fresh Hema are often located in residential places. People using the app should pay with Alipay; no cash or card payments are permitted.
