After foreign talents have obtained work permits, residence permits, and signed labor contracts, they can be deemed to have established labor relationship and can be legally employed in China, and are protected by the relevant laws of PRC.
This Law is formulated in accordance with the Constitution in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of laborers, regulate labor relationship, establish and safeguard a labor system suited to the socialist market economy, and promote economic development and social progress.
