Cured Lamb and Beef

To make Cured Lamb and Beef, start by slicing the lamb and beef into thin pieces. Mix together the lean and fat portions of the meat, and then season it with your desired spices. Stuff the seasoned meat into their respective stomachs, sealing the openings to keep everything intact. Next, cook the stuffed meat in a pot until it is fully cooked. Once cooked, remove it from the pot and transfer it to a suitable bowl while it is still hot. Apply pressure on top of the meat to compact it, and let it cool completely. When you're ready to enjoy the dish, slice the meat thinly and sprinkle it with some salt.
