Baked Sheep Intestines

The Baked Sheep Intestines is a specialty in western China. To make it, fresh sheep's blood is mixed with a small amount of flour and then stuffed into sheep intestines. The mixture is briefly blanched in boiling water and then cooled. Afterwards, it is sliced into thin pieces, about one centimeter thick, and cooked on a hot griddle. The dish is best enjoyed when it is still hot. Additionally, the snack is known to remedy diarrhea.
