An exhibition featuring 161 exhibits from the Archaeological Ruins of Liangzhu City in Hangzhou, which date back 5,300 years, opened in Huzhou municipal museum on Dec 7.

The Archaeological Ruins of Liangzhu City were added to the UNESCO World Heritage list including some of the newest discoveries made after 2016, like the world's earliest-known dam during the 43rd session of the World Heritage Committee in Baku, Azerbaijan in 2019

The exhibition focused on people's daily life in the Neolithic Age, jade articles, the Liangzhu City and its water conservancy system.

The exhibition is slated to run until Jan 17, 2021.
