Universities in Huzhou, East China's Zhejiang province are preparing for the start of the new semester in September.
Students from Huzhou University, Huzhou College, and Huzhou Vocational & Technical College will return to their schools in batches from Sept 4 to 15.
All teachers must undergo a two-week health monitoring period before returning to school.
Students traveling from domestic medium-high risk areas in China and foreign countries should postpone their return to school.
Students are not allowed to go back to campus in advance without school approval. They must show the codes indicating their health status and travel history, as well as passes issued by schools before entering campus.
Disinfection work on campuses has already begun in the universities, while epidemic prevention supplies like face masks have already been stocked.
In the first two weeks of the new semester, all classes will be moved online. Students are also advised to not leave campus and to avoid activities with large gatherings of people, such as dinners.
