Huzhou adds 2 national innovation bases

A company and an industrial park from Huzhou, East China's Zhejiang province recently made the list of national innovation bases released by the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST).

The establishment of such bases are part of CAST's efforts to facilitate collaborative innovation among companies, universities and research institutes, and promote transfer and commercialization of scientific and technological achievements.

Zhejiang Golden Feather Energy Technology Co Ltd

The company has been designated an innovation base for solid state batteries with high density and energy.

The base has a 10,000-square-meter lab and a battery R&D team.

Xisai Scientific Valley

The Xisai Scientific Valley was inaugurated in Huzhou, East China's Zhejiang province on Aug 15.

Prestigious universities including Xi'an Jiaotong University, Zhejiang University and the University of Science and Technology of China have set up labs focusing on fields such as neutron science and technology, computing and digital services, as well as thermal Science and energy engineering in the valley.
