Jiuli Group has acquired Eisenbau Krämer GmbH (EBK) in a significant move towards globalization and expanding its overseas market.

On May 31, the delivery was completed in Kreuztal, Germany, with high-ranked government officials from both cities in attendance.

Founded in Huzhou, East China's Zhejiang province in 1987, Jiuli Group is a leading manufacturer of industrial stainless steel and special alloy pipes in China. Similarly, EBK is a German specialist of longitudinal seam welded, thick-walled, large diameter steel pipes.

During the delivery ceremony, Hong Hupeng, mayor of Huzhou, expressed full support for the partnership between Jiuli and EBK and said he was looking forward to the two companies achieving further growth by giving full play to their respective strengths.

He also expressed hope that Huzhou and Kreuzthal will take this opportunity to strengthen cooperation and exchange in the economy, culture, education and tourism, thus strengthening the relationship between China and Germany.
