The Former Residence of Zhao Mengfu, located in Huzhou, Zhejiang province, recently bustled with activity as it played host to a special event in honor of the upcoming Spring Festival.

On Feb 4, a diverse group of locals and holiday visitors gathered at the Former Residence of Zhao Mengfu to partake in the festive celebration of the New Year. Zhao Mengfu, a native of Wuxing district, Huzhou, was a renowned Chinese scholar, painter, and calligrapher during the Yuan Dynasty (1271–1368).

The event featured a complimentary tour of the hall dedicated to Zhao Mengfu, allowing attendees to immerse themselves in the rich legacy of this historical figure, alongside captivating opera performances that showcased the allure of traditional Chinese culture.

Furthermore, as a token of goodwill, attendees were presented with posters adorned with the Chinese character "福", symbolizing good fortune and prosperity.
