The Photography Exhibition of the 11th South Taihu Lake Art Competition commenced in Huzhou, Zhejiang province, on July 8.

A total of 100 remarkable pieces by 100 local photographers were exhibited at the Taiji Mountain Site Park in Changxing county. Diverse in style and substance, the works transcend mere visual appeal, reflecting the photographers' unique perspectives on life and artistry.

Established in 2004, the South Taihu Lake Art Competition has evolved into a prestigious cultural event in Huzhou, held biennially to spotlight Huzhou's burgeoning mass culture industry.

In a notable departure from previous sessions, this year's exhibition expands beyond conventional indoor spaces to embrace natural beauty. This innovative approach not only harmonizes photography with the environment but also invites a wider audience to partake in the cultural festivities.

Running until July 15, the exhibition beckons all art enthusiasts and curious minds to explore the captivating realm of visual storytelling.
