The first renewal project in Tongzhou district, Nantong, Jiangsu province, has recently began construction.

Located on the east side of Cuiyuan road, the project is designed to resettle residents from the area east of Tonghai road. This area, located in the heart of Tongzhou's main urban area, features homes primarily built in the 1980s and lacks modern infrastructure.

The project, which is expected to cost 356 million yuan, will cover a building area of about 39,668.5 square meters. It will include five residential buildings and supporting facilities such as a guard office, distribution room, and waste disposal room.

The project's implementation will improve residents' living conditions, optimize the urban space layout, and enhance Tongzhou's overall image.
