According to the Nanyang Municipal Statistics Bureau in the first half of this year the city's total retail sales of consumer goods reached 98.93 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 18.3 percent, an increase of 3.6 percent over the same period in 2019, and an average growth of 1.8 percent over the two years.
