Policy support for college graduates in Heifei city

I. Scope of application

College graduates who are under 35 years old and have stable jobs in key industrial supply chain enterprises, specialized and innovative enterprises, or new R&D institutions in Hefei city can apply for the following benefits if they meet the requirements. 

II. Policy content

1. Doctoral

Talent Apartments: Doctoral graduates who are newly employed in Hefei city and do not own a house in Hefei can buy talent apartments with a size limit of 90 square meters and a 10 percent discount on the purchasing price.

Housing Subsidy: The successful applicants can enjoy the household registration family policy when purchasing a house in Hefei. Those who buy their first self-occupied house in Hefei can get a housing subsidy of 10 percent of the average commercial housing price at the time of purchase (the subsidy is calculated based on a property size of no more than 90 sq m and does not apply to those who buy talent apartments).

Rental Assistance: Those who are newly employed in Hefei and do not own a house in Hefei can rent housing from State-owned leasing companies for free for three years with a size limit of 90 sq m. Those who rent privately can receive rental subsidies of 36,000 yuan ($5,056) per year for three years.

2. Master's and Bachelor's Degree Graduates

Housing Subsidy: The successful applicants can buy their first self-occupied house in Hefei without being restricted by the household registration conditions.

Rental Assistance: Those who are newly employed in Hefei and do not own a house in Hefei can rent housing from State-owned leasing companies for free for three years with size limits of 70 sq m and 50 sq m respectively. Those who rent privately can receive rental subsidies of 20,000 yuan and 15,000 yuan per year respectively for three years.
