The Grand Union of Innovation or GUI – a tech hub located in Hefei, capital of East China's Anhui province – implemented an what it called an "Enterprise Partner" service mechanism last year.
The municipal government of Hefei in East China's Anhui province has issued a notice on several policies, designed to foster the expansion of high-growth enterprises in the city.
