GUI holds equity incentive workshop

The Grand Union of Innovation in Hefei, the capital of East China's Anhui province, held a two-day training program on sci-tech innovation equity from Dec 23-24.

The program, themed "equity incentive workshop", aimed to equip resident enterprises with knowledge and skills in the field of equity incentives, which are essential for innovative enterprises.

The program attracted over 200 applicants, but only 30 participants were selected due to the hands-on nature of equity operations. The first day's session was open to over 100 observers.

The second day focused on practical exercises and group presentations of equity incentive plans, with mentors providing feedback and guidance.

The program was targeted at entrepreneurs and key executives of innovative enterprises and was part of the series of activities of the "sci-tech innovation equity camp", which leverages the leading role of the Grand Union of Innovation in incubating innovative enterprises and gathering emerging industries.

It also aimed to disseminate scientific and effective business management concepts, help sci-tech enterprises form competitive industrial clusters, and accelerate the transformation and development of the sci-tech industry.

The Grand Union of Innovation said it will continue to roll out classes on equity capital, support the healthy development of sci-tech enterprises, optimize the sci-tech ecosystem, create an aggregation platform for industry, talent, capital, and resources, and help entrepreneurs enter the fast track for growth.
