Innovators in Hong Kong forge links with ecosystem in GUi

Innovators from Hong Kong and Hefei joined forces in a recent event organized by the Grand Union of Innovation(GUi) Hong Kong Center and Hong Kong Baptist University in Hong Kong Baptist University Lam Woo International Conference Center. The occasion showcased Hefei's burgeoning tech resource, industrial advantages, and business environment, while giving projects from Hong Kong opportunities to attract investment.

The event has further catalyzed dialogue on technological collaboration and innovation between Hefei and Hong Kong with attendance of representatives from Hong Kong Baptist University(HKBU) and Hefei's investment community.

Invited by HKBU, six projects spanning biomedicine and artificial intelligence were showcased, attracting attention from various investment firms.

HKBU expressed eagerness to deepen ties with Hefei, emphasizing joint efforts in advancing technology and transforming achievements. Meanwhile, Xingtai Holdings highlighted Hefei's resources, inviting Hong Kong innovators to explore collaboration opportunities and experience the city's innovation ecosystem firsthand.

Discussions delved into the development roadmap of GUi and the advantages of Hefei's "window platform" and the Hong Kong Center.

The convergence of Hong Kong's expertise with Hefei's burgeoning tech ecosystem signifies promising opportunities for future collaborations. Moving forward, efforts will focus on elevating technological innovation and industrial cooperation to new heights between the two innovation hubs.
