iFlytek AI Headquarters inaugurated at Xunfei Town

On Sept 1, iFlytek marked a step of development with the inauguration of its new AI Headquarters at Xunfei Town, Hefei. The event was attended by key officials from city government and University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) as well as Liu Qingfeng, the chief executive of iFlytek.

During the ceremony, the longstanding collaboration between USTC and iFlytek was underscored, highlighting their joint efforts to advance artificial intelligence technologies, foster interdisciplinary research, and train innovative talent. He reaffirmed USTC's commitment to support the development of Grand Union of Innovation (GUi) and strengthen partnerships with iFlytek.

iFlytek's leadership in the global AI sector and its pivotal role in building a dynamic AI industry cluster in Hefei was emphasized. The city official pledged full support to ensure Xunfei Town's emergence as a global AI hub, offering resources such as data infrastructure, open application scenarios, and talent services.

Ambitious plans were also outlined for Xunfei Town, aiming to establish a world-class AI headquarters that attracts top talent and enterprises worldwide. The new AI campus, equipped with corporate offices, an R&D center, and high-end facilities, serves as a magnet for global AI innovation.

The event also featured demonstrations of iFlytek's latest technological advancements, including the Spark model and intelligent robots, underscoring the company’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of AI development.
