On Aug 29, Grand Union of Innovation (GUi) hosted a roadshow and promotion event for the Third Innovation and Entrepreneurship Anhui Competition in Shanghai. Organized with support from the Construction Leading Group Office of GUi, GUiTEK Service Platform and GUi Shanghai Innovation Center, the event attracted numerous Shanghai-based companies and investors eager to explore cutting-edge technologies and cooperation opportunities.

The event marked a strategic effort by GUi and administrations in Anhui to attract innovation and investment by showcasing its dynamic environment. Officials and staffers highlighted GUi's rapid growth, with 1,520 new tech enterprises, over 4,700 innovative businesses, and nine global innovation centers. The competition was promoted as a unique platform for startups, drawing over 11,000 projects since its inception, including 1,000 from outside Anhui.

The event also featured direct engagement with leading Shanghai firms from diverse sectors, fostering discussions on entrepreneurship, technology, and growth opportunities. Participants showed interest in the competition's substantial incentives, with a total prize pool of 1.5 million yuan ($210,567).
