Hefei Zhileng Low Temperature Technology, a company backed by the Grand Union of Innovation (GUi), has set a new benchmark in China's quantum computing industry. In June 2024, the company delivered its ZL-DR400 dilution refrigerator, achieving a record-breaking minimum temperature of 7.45mK. This ultra-low temperature technology is essential for stabilizing quantum computing environments by reducing thermal noise and enhancing quantum chip fidelity.
The ZL-DR400 has reached world-class specifications, making it a critical breakthrough in China's domestic development of quantum computing equipment. The company overcame technical challenges such as efficient helium-3 liquefaction and high-flow gas circulation management, securing independent intellectual property rights for their product.
