GUi holds forum to boost intelligent vehicles, robotics sector

The 2025 China Intelligent Vehicles and Humanoid Robot Investment, Merger and Acquisition (M&A) Forum was held in Hefei, capital of East China's Anhui province on June 19, aiming to promote the high-quality development of intelligent vehicles and humanoid robot industries as well as facilitate close interaction and deep integration between enterprises across the industrial chain and capital markets.

Supported by the Grand Union of Innovation (GUi), the forum attracted nearly 200 experts, entrepreneurs, representatives from investment institutions and other fields, providing intellectual support for the high-quality development of the country's intelligent vehicles and humanoid robot industries.

To further deepen exchange and cooperation in the sectors, roundtable discussions were held on the themes "M&A and Integration in the New Energy Vehicle Industry" and "Investment Direction and Strategy in the Humanoid Robot Industry". Topics such as the current capital environment, investment strategies, and M&A opportunities were discussed to provide new directions for the industry's development.

Guo Jishun, chief scientist at PIA Automation in Ningbo in East China's Zhejiang province, emphasized the importance of enterprises utilizing their own strengths to integrate upstream and downstream resources to solve the current challenges in the industrialization of humanoid robots. He particularly highlighted the need to address issues such as the cost and technologies.

Zhang Junyi, CFO of SenseAuto, a smart car application platform, emphasized the need to enhance research and development efficiency, optimize operations through AI, focus on industry integration, and strike a balance between technological leadership and business implementation to adapt to the uncertain environment.

Through this forum, GUi is committed to connecting related projects with capital, cultivating new growth drivers, and boosting innovative development in the intelligent vehicles and humanoid robot industries.
