Event bridges technology and investment in Hefei

In an effort to highlight Hefei's growing strength and reputation in technological innovation, a significant event was organized to promote the deep integration of capital resources with cutting-edge technology development. The event was a collaborative effort between the Faculty of Business for Science and Technology at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), a leading educational institution known for its research excellence, and the Grand Union of Innovation (GUi).

During the two-day event, over 50 investors and entrepreneurs from various regions across the country were specially invited to Hefei. The purpose of the visit was to explore the city's dynamic innovation landscape and to identify promising investment opportunities.

The event began at the prestigious International Institute of Finance at USTC. Chen Jingying, who serves as the chairman and managing director of Hefei Investment Promotion, delivered an in-depth presentation. She outlined Hefei's strategic development plans and emphasized Hefei's advantages as an investor-friendly city.

The investors and entrepreneurs participating in the event visited the Chinese Academy of Sciences' Key Laboratory of Quantum Information at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC). During their visit, they closely examined state-of-the-art research facilities, including advanced quantum computers and experimental setups used for quantum information processing.

At Origin Quantum Computing Technology (Hefei), Zhang Hui, general manager of the company, elaborated on the concept of new quality productive forces and their quantum computing technology development. His discussion sparked active conversations among visitors about the pathways to accelerate the commercialization of quantum computing.

During their visit to the headquarters of iFLYTEK, they gained in-depth insights into the company's development history. This visit also facilitated the establishment of valuable connections with iFLYTEK's executives and team members, thereby laying a strong foundation for potential future investment collaboration.

The investors and entrepreneurs also visited GUi, a prominent innovation hub in Hefei, where they received an in-depth briefing on the institutional mechanisms.

As a key organizer, GUi has dedicated efforts to collaborating with entrepreneurs and investors to foster a more adaptable and innovative business climate.
